We only use fresh milled flour made from organic grains. We mill right before we bake to retain the most nutrients.

We use simple ingredients that you can pronounce and never anything artificial or GMO.

All of our baked goods are dairy and egg free and many are vegan (although you won’t be able to tell the difference).
how I got Here
Why I Love What I Do
For the past 10 years We’ve been researching nontoxic living and making changes in our home as we learned. We slowly removed processed foods and replaced them with more whole foods.
When I listened to Sue Becker teaching about fresh milled flour for the first time it made so much sense! We decided we didn’t want to eat processed enriched flour that had the vitamins all stripped away and synthetic vitamins added. We wanted the whole wheat berry with all of the nutrients God intended. So we ordered our grain mill and started milling flour right in our kitchen.
There was a learning curve and it took a lot of trial and error baking with fresh milled flour. I spent a lot of time watching videos and learning from others who had been baking with fresh milled flour for a long time.
Now that we’ve perfected our recipes we want to share them with you!
